Why are Shoe Covers so important?
Whether you call them shoe covers, boot covers, shoe shield, or shoe booties, they do the same thing: they protect your client’s home. Now it’s obvious that you don’t want to make a mess in your client’s home – you don’t want to have to clean it up, or worse, pay for it! But more importantly, wearing shoe covers sends a strong message to your client: “we care”. That’s it, simple, but effective. Your clients will appreciate this courtesy. They will remember it, and they’ll tell their friends too.
What kind of boot covers do you need? A regular Tyvek shoe cover will work great for most residential applications. It’s important to pick a color that either stands out, or matches your companies colors. Our most popular is yellow, followed by blue shoe covers.
Water Proof Shoe Covers – These have a reverse effect, instead of keeping the dirt in, they keep the water out. In wet weather they can be used in conjunction with regular shoe covers. Simply slip the waterproof cover on top of the regular for your walk from the truck to the house. Then slip the waterproof off at the door, and your regular covers are clean and dry.
